By downloading, installing, or using Neo Path Match (the "App") on any platform — iOS, Android, or web — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all versions of the App, including updates and new features released in the future.
Neo Path Match is a tile-rotation puzzle game developed and published by KheniTech. The App is free to download and play. It does not require account registration, subscription, or any payment to access its core features.
The App is available on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and as a web application at neopathmatch.web.app.
All content in the App — including but not limited to the game design, puzzle logic, graphics, sound effects, animations, fonts, and code — is the exclusive property of KheniTech and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

Neo Path Match is entirely free to play. There are currently no in-app purchases, premium upgrades, subscriptions, virtual currencies, or paid content of any kind. All 100+ puzzle levels are available at no cost.
If this changes in the future, these Terms will be updated and users will be notified through the app store update notes.

KheniTech is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
KheniTech does not warrant that:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KheniTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of progress, or loss of device functionality — arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
KheniTech's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which is zero, as the App is free).
KheniTech reserves the right to discontinue or modify the App at any time without notice. We may also terminate or restrict access to the App if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, the licence granted to you under Section 3 automatically ends. Sections 3, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through app store update notes. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
