Neo Path Match is a tile-rotation puzzle game developed and published by KheniTech. This Privacy Policy explains how the Neo Path Match application (iOS, Android, and web) handles information when you use it.

Neo Path Match does not collect, store, transmit, or share any of the following:
We have no user accounts, no login system, and no backend server that your device communicates with during gameplay.
Neo Path Match stores a small amount of data in your device's local storage (localStorage in the app's WebView). This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.

All three values are entirely local. Clearing your browser / app cache or uninstalling the app removes them permanently.
The app uses the following device capabilities. None of these transmit data externally.

Neo Path Match does not integrate any analytics, crash reporting, or advertising SDKs beyond what is described below. There is no Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, Sentry, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or equivalent library in the application.
Meta (Facebook) SDK — The native iOS and Android apps include the Meta (Facebook) Core SDK for install attribution only. This allows KheniTech to measure how many users installed the app after seeing a Meta ad campaign. On iOS 14.5 and later, the app presents Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission prompt before any advertising identifier is accessed — the IDFA is collected only if you grant permission. On Android, the equivalent Google Advertising ID (GAID) may be collected subject to your device's ad personalisation settings. The SDK sends a one-time fb_mobile_activate_app event to Meta on first launch. No gameplay data, personal information, or behavioural data is transmitted. This is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy. The web version of the App does not include this SDK.
Firebase Hosting (Google LLC) — serves the web version of the App. Firebase Hosting serves static files and may log standard web server access logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) on Google's infrastructure. These logs are governed by Google's Privacy Policy. KheniTech does not access or process these logs.
The native iOS and Android apps are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store respectively. Those platforms may collect information governed by their own privacy policies, which are independent of this policy.
Neo Path Match is rated 4+ (Apple App Store) and Everyone (Google Play Store). The app does not knowingly collect any personal information from children or adults. Because no personal data is collected at all, the app complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and equivalent regulations by design.
Because all data is stored exclusively on your device, you have full control over it:

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide notice within the app or through the app store update notes. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
Because we collect no personal data, changes to this policy are unlikely to affect your privacy in a meaningful way.
