Data Deletion

What Data Neo Path Match Holds

Neo Path Match stores no personal identifying data (name, email, account, etc.) on any server. All game progress (level number, theme preference, daily challenge result) is stored exclusively in your device's local storage and never transmitted to KheniTech.

The app does send some data off your device: a one-time install event to Meta (Facebook) when you first launch the app, used solely for advertising attribution; and, since version 1.2, crash reports and anonymous gameplay analytics events to Firebase (Google), used for app stability and to understand where players get stuck. Firebase Analytics does not collect your device's advertising identifier. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

1.Delete Data Stored on Your Device

All locally stored game data can be deleted instantly without contacting us:

iOS

Go to Settings → General → iPhone Storage
Tap Neo Path Match → tap Delete App
This removes the app and all associated local data permanently

Android

Go to Settings → Apps → Neo Path Match → Storage
Tap Clear Data to erase saved progress while keeping the app, or uninstall the app entirely

Web

In your browser, go to Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data
Select Cookies and site data and clear data for neopathmatch.web.app

2.Data Held by Firebase (Google)

Since version 1.2, the native iOS and Android apps send crash reports and gameplay analytics events (level starts/completions, moves, screen views, theme selection, and similar) to Firebase, a Google service, for app stability and analytics purposes. This data is not tied to your name, email, or any account — Neo Path Match has no accounts or sign-in, and Firebase Analytics does not collect your device's advertising identifier.

Because this data isn't linked to an account, Firebase does not offer a self-service tool for an individual player to look up or delete their own crash/analytics data. If you'd like to request deletion, use the email request in Section 4 below and we will forward it to Google on your behalf where possible.

3.Delete Data Held by Meta (Facebook)

When you first launch the native iOS or Android app, a one-time install event (fb_mobile_activate_app) is sent to Meta for advertising attribution. To request deletion of this data from Meta's systems:

Log in to your Facebook account and go to Facebook Settings → Your Facebook information
Select Off-Facebook activity
Find Neo Path Match in the list
Tap Clear History to disconnect and delete the activity associated with your account

4.Request Deletion via Email

If you would like KheniTech to confirm what data (if any) is associated with you and request its deletion, contact us directly:
